PowerEdge R710, can't update fimware

Question

Hi, we have R710 with VMWare ESXi 5.1, week ago we already successfully updated another one R710 server using Image from DELL repository manager datacenter edition, but this one resists. here is a screenshot Ok, then i'm tried to user DELL system services and still not successfully, see next screenshots   Why? what's wrong and how to fix this?   thank you.
