The problem is that when these messages are displayed, the server itself is not communicating with the iDRAC and it is not accessible in the OS, OMSA Live, or Racadm.
You may still be able to access the iDRAC via the remote web interface, the default ip is 192.168.0.120. If not then I would drain the flea power (unplug power and hold power button for 20 seconds).
Since unable to access via the enterprise dedicated port, attempt to connect to the shared port with the server powered off, but plugged in.
If you are able to access the web gui for the iDRAC, you should be able to flash the firmware on the iDrac, I would recommend updating the iDrac to the latest, if not already.
