PowerEdge R730xd unable boot

Is there anyone have encounter before?
I'm really no idea how to fix it.

I would log into the iDRAC and take a look at the system log to see if it gives you any more specific information. If not, I would take the system down to the minimum to POST and flash the BIOS to latest, then see if it is able to proceed passed this screen. If it does, you can start adding components back into the server one at a time to isolate the component. SmmControl, I believe, would have something to do with System Management Mode, but specifically what, I'm not sure. Since it is a system management thing, I'd also consider flashing the iDRAC.
