PowerEdge T100 12volt power error

I have a PowerEdge T100 Server when it shutdown and I went to restart I received the 4 flashing amber lights representing power issue. Sure enough power supply was bad. I replaced the power supply and the same error appeared. I tested the power supply and found that when the 12V power connector is disconnected the power supply test ok, but once I reseat to motherboard it does not. What can I do?

Ehence,

So with the power supply seated and plugged in the server errors, but with the power supply seated and cord removed it doesn't? Is that what you were saying, or do you mean that the power supply has green lights when cables attached and out of server, then once inserted they error?

Lastly, could you ensure that the voltage switch is set to the correct voltage for the environment?

Let me know what you find.

I am having the exact same issue she was having. I try to cut the server on no luck. The light flashes and fan comes on for a second then cuts off. I can unseat the 12v cord from the MB and it stays running. If I connect it all the way it will not boot up.
