PowerEdge T105 - cannot boot to OpenManage CD

Question

Brand new server arrived 2 days ago. Sat down 2 hours ago to install Windows Server 2003.  The book says you 'just' put the Dell systems management tools and documentation in the drive and boot....no you don't.  For 2 hours, the machine has told me it has no operating system, and that is all it can tell me. Clearly I am missing something...???

The Systems Management Tools and Documentation is not a CD, its a DVD. You may want to check to make sure its a DVD drive.
