PowerEdge T20 BIOS Update: ME FW Update Failed internal Error 0x00002243
ME FW Update Failed internal Error 0x00002243
This error occurs from BIOS A06 on up to the current version A20.
The UEFI update itself doesn't fail - it's just the ME FW.
What should I do about this?
How to return to A06 version of the BIOS?
And is it dangerous to work in this updated version of the BIOS?

Hi Ritter,
I'm not familiar with the process that they're recommending in the thread, but I'd expect to need to copy the complete OEM ID. If that doesn't work, you might share what OEM ID you're looking at. It may be of use, if we need to keep searching in the case that it fails on its own.

Hello!
I don't understand one thing about OEM Id in topic that you provided.
I need to type full OEM Id or only first 8 numbers?
