PowerEdge T310 Mainboard

Question

I know this is old hardware however does anyone know if there is a difference between T310 motherboards with part numbers 0MNFTH & 02P9X9?  Was having issues with BMC communication on my 0MNFTH so I purchased a replacement motherboard which happens to be 02P9X9 and am getting pretty much the same error.  Should the 02P9X9 work in replacement?

Hi,

Both PN# seems to be for T310 main board, except they are just in different versions. 2P9X9 seems to be a updated version V4. By the way, do you have a picture of the BMC error that you are having.

Try removing all component except these below and try booting:

CPU
System board
Heatsink for CPU for prevention of over-heating
PSU (and for redundant PSU also the PDB)
Front panel (to power system on)
One memory DIMM
