PowerEdge T310 Memory Upgrade question
Hi,
i saw on memorystock.com.au says that this server supports ddr3 1066mhz registered ecc ram so i went to purchase 3x 4gb ddr3 of those
and when i try to insert the ram taking out the old ram and turn it on i only get a blank screen, does this mean i purchased the wrong ram?
when i insert the the old ram with one of the new one i purchased on the screen i get message saying something about it is not optimized or supported and the new ram will be disabled, im not sure of the exact error i cant remeber
hopefully some pro can help me :) thanks
