PowerEdge T430 Upgrade to Server 2019
I’m currently running window server 2008 or two I want to upgrade to Windows 2019. I will be doing a fresh install of the OS But wanted to know if there are any issues with this upgrade?

Windows 2019 is not a supported operating system for PowerEdge T430. Not supported does not mean it will not work. As it is not supported it is not validated, hence we can not guarantee that it will work. You can also wait for another Community member who tried this combination and share their experience.
Windows 2016 is the latest operating system supported on PowerEdge T430. You can refer below link for details on operating system supported on various PowerEdge servers.
