Poweredge 1950 Dual NIC not detecting

Hello,
I got couple of Poweredge 1950 machines intended to use on low ended stuff, i searched the web and found Ubuntu Server 10.x
Is "Certified" to use on Poweredge 1950 after downloading, Ubuntu doesn't  seem to recognize the dual NIC. i can only find Eth0
I have added eth1 configuration on /etc/network/interfaces and after the restart i get "can't bring up eth1"

with lspci | grep -i i only get 1
05:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5708 Gigabit ethernet rev(12)

So why my Ubuntu not detecting both ports?

Thanks in advance!
