Poweredge 840: USB Keyboard and mouse not functioning
i have installed windows server2008r2 on dell poweredge T330, after injecting USB3.0 drivers in OS, now installation is completed, but now when the server reboot after that i again cant use keyboard and mouse with it.
after successfully completed the installation now why is this happening?
any solution please.
It will be highly appreciated.

Hello
I suggest testing to see if the keyboard functions outside of the OS. If you are able to boot into the system BIOS and navigate the menus with the keyboard then it is a driver problem within the OS. If the keyboard is not functional in the BIOS then it is a hardware issue. The keyboard and mouse may not be compatible or there may be a faulty USB port.
