Problem with PowerEdge T110, BSOD before Windows 2003 login screen, Flashing Amber Status Light

Just purchased the T110 and installed the Windows 2003 Standard R2 server successfully.  I ran the Microsoft Update and installed all the latest patches + Symantec antivirus.  When I restarted the server, it no longer can boot into Windows.  It pops the Blue Screen before the login screen.  OK, then I boot into safe mode and remove all the programs that I've just installed (i.e. Symantec, I didn't remove the Microsoft updates though).  But still, it boots up with BSOD all the time.

Then I ran the process all over again (put in the Dell CD, then Windows installation, etc.).  I did the same thing, update Windows thru Micrsoft and installed the antivirus program.  I rebooted the server, it works perfectly fine this time.  I left it running overnight and it was ok when I check it out this morning.  Then I restart the server again, here comes the BSOD again!!

I thought it might be the RAM, so I swap the 2 pieces of 2GB ram around each slots, try running it with 1 piece....still no luck getting rid of the BSOD.  Then I'm aware of the "flashing amber" status light (the lightning icon).  When I turned on the server, suppose it should be "blue color", however when it start counting the 4 no.s (i assume this is the process during POST hardware check), it suddenly changes to flashing amber light (when the no.2 light is solid green).

Now, do you all think this is most likely a hardware issue?  I ran the Windows installation twice without any problem though...I am definately out of ideas here.....please anyone could help?  -_-...Thanks!!
