Proset II error message

Question

Hi, I have read several posts on the forum about Proset but nothing worked for me. I installed W2K advance server on a Poweredge 4350. The nic's are Intel Pro/100+ PCI Adapter, at least that's what W2K recognizes them as, I believe they are Intel OEM because I can't find the part number on Intels website. W2K loaded an Intel driver dated 3/4/2003, version 7.0.26.0. I first installed Proset, and tried to create a team, but I got an error message saying something like 'no nic's were found that support this feature'. I then remembered the last time I configured this I had to use Proset II, I uninstalled Proset, then downloaded, and installed the vans4w2k file from Dell. Now I get an error message during the installation and when trying to launch Proset II that reads, ' PROSet failed to initialize. Please restart the system or re-install the adapter software drivers'. I have tried both options, i have tried using different nic drivers, and anytime I try to uninstall Proset II I get the same error message. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks Alvin

FYI, I download the file Intel_LAN_60_W2K_007.exe from Dell, and it works.
