R410 Fan 4 speed may change depending on system configuration and option card install.
Getting this error message on my server. I've updated the bios & still get it. Fan 4 is working BTW., as are the rest of the fans, I have system halt on error disabled. Any thoughts?

After updating the BIOS to 1.4.7 or newer, the R410 will display the message at the end of POST. This is informational only, and the fans are working as designed. I am not certain if it will be removed in future BIOS or iDrac releases, but you have no reason to be concerned.

The reason I'm concerned is that the system will not boot any further. It gets that message and halts despite having the Halt On Error set to Disable.

No it wasn't. However, I did discover the root of the problem. My RAID array was completely FUBAR'd halting the system without any boot device error. Rebuilt the array & restoring now.

Is it displaying anything resembling "Strike F1 to continue, F2 to enter setup as well?
