You might try flashing the BIOS and the iDRAC, as well, if they're behind. You could also look to see if the drive has a firmware update available, too. Is this a drive you got through Dell or a third-party?

Hi, I've got the drive from ebay, it's just a home lab server.. I will check the drive fw option. Thanks
