If you go to dell.com and put the part number in the top right search box it should pull up the sales page.

This works on Dell US, but doesn't get any results on dell.co.uk/euro.dell.com. Are the parts numbers different in UK/Europe? I'm assuming I'll have to wait weeks to order from the US...

Yes, there are different part numbers for each region. 5 digit part numbers are sold through spare parts and are intended to be replacement parts. 7 digit part numbers can be ordered through a normal parts and accessories sales agent. Here are the UK part numbers I found:

TY301 Rails
M770R Cable management

330-3520 Rails, no cable management
330-3521 Rails, with cable management
330-4527 Cable management

None of those part numbers pull up in my tools, but I don't have access to all of the sales tools. I would suggest that you call sales to place the order.

Says it's only compatible with PowerEdge R415 / R310 though. Would this suit me with my R610?

This looks ok for R610 sin it says compatible with PowerEdge R610 FS (not sure what FS is).
