R710 boot failure - scrambled video
I have a power edge R710 that suddenly rebooted yesterday and now won't boot at all. The fans come on high and stay there. The manager lcd is not lit at all, I couldn't get to it via the DRAC. When I attached a monitor directly I get scrambled displays.
I tried removing the DRAC, and tried re seating the memory. There was no change.
Any ideas what is going on? Am I going to need a new motherboard?

Hi,
You could try removing any pcie cards but it sounds like the system board needs to be replaced.
