R710 memory causing no boot
I have 2 R710 Servers i combined to get more performance. It will not ever boot with the 3 x 2gb in A1,A2,A3 and 3 x 2gb in B1,B2,B3. It will boot if i have memory in just A1,A2,A3. Any thoughts on how to make this memory work?

Linked below is the user guide for the R710. Page 129 starts the section on memory. I would first check to make sure that you are in compliance with the manual's guidelines, first. In addition, are the servers both dual processor servers? Or did you pull both memory and processor from one and install to the other?
EDIT: Sorry about that, copy and paste failure

Hi,
That could be one of the reason, there are some cases that different brands of memory causing no POST. Have you tried, installing the memory from bank A, into bank B. Just use 1 memory in each slot, A1 and B1 with same brands.
