The vFlash SD card can be booted from, but only via the one-time bootmenu or after invoking the system services (don't remember exactly, and not near a PowerEdge right now to check it). You cannot select it to be the default boot device.
The 2GB SD cards would be inside the server and there would be 2 of them (in a raid 1 mirror effectively). These would be the ones to install VMware ESXi onto.

You can use the Vflash card in the SD Slots. You need to access the System Setup on boot up (F2) and then select vFlash Media, and then disable that.
You can then proceed with using the vFlash card.
Would you do me a favor and send me a Private Message with the Service Tag and Order number? I will look into the missing SD cards for you.

Thanks for you reply. but if we remove vflash iDRAC , then iDRAC will stop working or not.. b/c we also require to work iDRAC also.
