R720 iDRAC loses user configuration
My iDRAC is Version 2.61.60.60 (Build 08)
My problem is that I configure the password of the "root" user (in fact I set it to the default) and I have another user.
After configuring it, it works for 2 or 3 days. After that is simply "forgets" the password and I have to reconfigure it once again !!!
I have to connect to locally to the server, enter the "System Configuration", "iDRAC configuration" and set it all once again.
What can it be ? I suspected the CMOS battery, but in fact it keeps all othe data, it just loses the User configuration.
Can someone tell me what it may be ?

Hello
The lifecycle log may have information that can help track down the problem. It should have audit logs for any user account changes.

I've gone through the logs, but found nothing.
I'll try to explain a little more of the situation:
The server in question (an R720) is not always running. Some times it is down for some days.
If the server is running, it does not "forgets" the password. It only happens if the server is off for more than 3 days.
I started by suspecting it could be the CMOS battery, but the fact is that, as far as I could see, only the user configuration is lost when it is off !!
