R820 does not display 4 processors PEM installation
I recently purchased an R820 Server from EBay. I also purchased a PEM and 2 additional CPUs. After installing CPUs and memory on the PEM, I found that not only does Bios not show 4 Processors, but the Fans all blow at full power.
Right now, my question is: what do I need to do to get all 4 processors to appear.

Hi,
What CPUs were in the system before and what were the CPUs that were added? Is the BIOS up to date?

The processors in the machine are Intel Xeon E5-4620 SR0L4 2.20GHz 8-Core 16M 7.2 GT/s LGA2011. I put the exact same thing on the PEM. The first thing I did when I got the box in go into the Life Cycle controller and update all of the firmware. When I got the PEM, I again went into the Life Cycle Controller and made sure all of the firmware was up to date. All of the CPUs are the same, all the memory is the same

What wattage are the power supplies?

I have 2 750 Watt power supplies.

That should be enough power. Do the iDRAC logs show any errors?
