RAC0501 and RAC0501 T130 with PERC S130
Hello,
We have a server poweredge T130 with raid controller PERC S130
Openmanage version 9.1.0
Server Bios 2.4.3
Idrac8 2.52.52.52
When I try to see my physical drives in the openmanage website I get this error
"The physical disks included in this virtual disk cannot be displayed. The physical disks were not detected on the controller."
When I try to see physical disks in Idrac I get error RAC0501 or RAC0503
There's a raid-1 so there should be 2 physical disks detected , not sure what to do anymore ! I tried "reset Idrac" and it did not helped.

Hello
You should be able to view information by booting to the controller BIOS. There are many possible reasons that the disk information cannot be displayed in OMSA. Most of the reasons would be due to compatibility. Make sure you are using a validated OS and certified drives. Also, make sure the RAID 1 is on the S130 and not a software RAID from the OS.
