I have a Dell Poweredge SC430 with XP installed. I cannot locate the SM BUS DRIVER FOR IT. Can anyone help Please??

Since you posted your OS now, just know that XP is NOT a supported OS on any Dell server, so using the 2003 drivers (above) is probably your best bet.

I moved your post to the proper forum (the SC 430, while a very low-end server, is still a server, and you will get a better response when posted in the proper forum.
Assuming you are working with Server 2003 (since you didn't say), you need to make sure to install the chipset, which should also take care of the SM Bus Controller:

If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall using SMTD:
www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats
