ReadyRails Too Long
Our rack has a depth of 800mm and the ReadyRails that came with our R6515 seems too long. I'm not sure if the rails can still be shorten or if they're already at their minimum length. Upon checking, I can still move the posts to the front by about 2 inches. But I don't think that will be enough. Even if I remove the cable management arm, the rails will still stick out, and closing the door would still be impossible.
So my question is, can the part encircled in red still be adjusted to shorten the rails? Can the outer part of the rails be as short as the inner?

Correction: What I meant was "Can the inner part of the rails be as short as the outer?"

Would you do me a favor and clarify the part number for the rails, as well as details on the rack you are installing them in? I ask as the rails you ordered may not be the correct ones for the rack you're using.

Hi, from what I see, the rack you have is not the way I know. It seems like it’s for network devices. What I should tell you is to change the rack, not the part, in fact.

I don't have the proper documentation and database to search for the info. It would be best to contact sales to check on the requirement and fit your rack dimensions.
