Regression with HTML5 Virtual Console introduced in iDRAC 2.70.70.70

There is a bug impacting all of the devices that I have updated to iDRAC 2.70.70.70. I use Safari on macOS, and sometimes when I try to launch a HTML5 Virtual Console it doesn't work because the web browser returns the equivalent of a 404 not found and/or timeout error. The only work around I have found is to reset the iDRAC.

I did not have this problem ever in prior releases, I recall extra security features were added to this release, and I believe this is the source of the issue; It behaves like a session expires or timeouts, after a fresh iDRAC reset it will work fine and then when you come back to it the next day, or two, later it doesn't work again... the bug is very consistent across all of my lab machines, which include m620, r620, r720, r820, and r920.
