Removing SAS 6/iR from R410

What size torx is required to remove the SAS 6/iR?

Hello

You should not need a torx screwdriver to remove a SAS6 i/R in an R410. No tools should be required to remove a storage controller from the R410.

Thanks

I can't seem to pullout the blue lever.  it seems it's stuck.  There is a screw in the RAID card about half an inch above the blue lever.  I don't have to remove that screw to remove the SAS 6?

If you are talking about the modular version of the SAS6iR, the blue latch is attached to the system board. It is not part of the controller. Press down on the blue latch and it should release the controller from the system board. Blue latches/levers inside the system indicate tool-less removal.

Thanks
