Server beeps twice(repeatedly) while running windows

Question

I am running a poweredge 1800 and earlier today it started to beeping while in windows.(windows 2000) It beeps twice quickly, pauses for few seconds, and beeps twice again. Everything on the server is running as it should and we always have several people people accessing it at any given time accross the network. All the beep code errors I have found pertain to boot up but nothing mentions beep codes while running in windows. Ideas?

Raid Controllers do that when they are critical. Critical means lose 1 more drive and then you are Dead.
