I have a T130 with a similar message. Power off and check your drive connections if you have not already.
If you type X to proceed with the boot, the array will be degraded due to the drive that is in error. If you have redundancy, you may be able to continue booting and access your data.
In my case, I degraded the array and proceeded and one of my SSD's was not being detected (RAID 1).
I shutdown the server and checked the connections, then booted fine. I rebuilt the array, but the drive went offline again today, so I need to look into that further.

I decided to try pushing a BIOS update through the iDrac just to see if that would do anything. I'll see how that goes...
Well, that didn't seem to work. Seems like it's booting into a state that's keeping the LC busy so the BIOS won't install...
