Hi @DGTAL,

I don't think the Dell OS Recovery Tool is available for PowerEdge servers. You can refer to the article for PowerEdge Windows Server ISO download: https://dell.to/3Dtodr2

Hello, I have to tell Windows Server 2019 is not listed in supported OS for T30 models https://dell.to/3qR0xHQ

You can try to install it but it's not gurantee to run it.This article might be helpful. "Microsoft Windows Server 2019 for Dell EMC PowerEdge Servers Installation Guide" https://dell.to/3LssKwu

Thanks Joey for replying.

I found this:  SLI 3.0 ISO Download

Downloaded and burned into a USB flash drive. Now I ended up in Ubuntu. How can I switch to Windows Server 2019?

BTW,

I purchased this server brand new with Windows Server 2019 installed from a retailer in Ebay. It worked fantastic. excellent performance until now. I received a ransom ware attack (for 2nd time in 6 mos). I survived the first Oct last year. This time I wasn't that lucky.

oh, I see, sorry to hear that. A ransomware attack is most evil one.

Thanks Erman:

I burned the Windows Server 2019 ISO from Microsoft. I can see my windows copy using the command feature. But I think is damaged.

Already purchased a full DVD copy of Windows Server 2019. Will be here Monday. Meanwhile, I followed your link. Boot my computer with the evaluation iso but something still wrong about my partitions. Windows can't be installed in any partition (popup: Windows must be installed to a partition formatted as NTFS"). I think I will format the whole hard drive.

I want to format my SSD to factory. Is there some special iso file from Dell to format my hard drive to get it prepared for Windows Server installation?

Hello DGTAL,

There is a Data Wipe feature in the BIOS or you can use your favorite 3rd party tool.
