T310 Step by Step Setup guide OS Installation

hello im looking a for a Step by Step guide Setup of new OS Installation onto a dell t310

i have tried almost everything and have been hitting a wall for a while now

there is no Ctrl + R option for me

will not boot from disk that i have windows server 2012 r2 iso mounted on, not even an option that showing as boot able drives just my ssd

the f10 takes me to os deployment takes me straight to driver source where i tried to use the dell OS driver pack Version: 14.10.00 ,A00

but it will tell me catalog file not found

if i can get a guide from start to finish that will help me out a lot XP
