Boot to CTRL-R, highlight controller, F2, Foreign, and IMPORT the foreign configuration.

Then you are in trouble.
Did you accept anything along the way, as far as configurations go?
Do you have a backup? You may need it.
Power down, unplug, reseat each drive, plug in, boot to CTRL-R, and try again.

I just tried it and got a failed to import message with a code of 0xC.
