There are no GPUs validated for the T310. If you are able to get a GPU to work in the server it would be something that requires very little power from the PCIe slot and no additional external power. You can find slot specifications and other information in the manual on the server support page.
Very few of our servers support GPGPUs. I can't think of any of our servers that support GPUs, but we may have one. If you need a system that is a mixture of server and PC capabilities then I suggest getting a workstation.

You have to enter the BIOS and disable the onboard video. I have an N9400GT in mine and it works under Ubuntu 20.04.
