Unfortunately the caddies aren't included with the chassis, but are included with the hard drive order. So if you order a drive for the server the caddy would come with the drive, and also the caddies aren't sold individually.
The caddies are sold individually. They just gave me a quote with the extra caddies included. SKU is 58CWC. I'm not sure if you can order them from the website, but you can get them.

Thx Snyper??? 1) Did you get the empty CADDIES??? Did you try a third party HD in the server?
