T430 Update Questions
I have a T430 that needs to have bios and idrac from 1.3 updated. Can I just update the bios and idrac or have to also update all the hardware individually?

If the server is that far behind I would start with focusing on the BIOS and iDrac. Now one thing you need to know is that you can't just run the latest update on them, as jumping too many updates at once can actually cause permanent issues. You will need to walk both the BIOS and iDrac up together, without jumping more than a couple updates at a time, or without running any update marked Urgent.
So for example. You would want to start with a BIOS update within a couple versions of where you're currently, then run an iDrac update that again is within a couple versions, then bios, then iDrac, etc.
The reason you alternate between the BIOS and iDrac is that you can't let them get too far apart from each other in updates or they can have communication issues.
