T620 iDRAC firmware update failed
Hi, I am trying to upgrade our iDRAC from verison 2.60.60.60 to version 2.63.60.62, A00. The update starts but stops with the error " Device: iDRAC, Application: iDRAC Failed to get firmware update status
Any idea?
We lately have issues after a reboot the external USB device is not recognized USB device is OK
No Events found!

Would you clarify what version the BIOS is at currently, and also how you are running the update?
