TSL 11000 firmware

i have poweredge 2400 and contain Autoloader sony TSL 11000

 

i install the firmware this link

after install ,the ARCserve2000 cannot recognize the tape

 

i find the Dell Tape Libraries Certified with BrightStor ARCserve Backup,the support version is 8071-52, 8160
