Hello

There are a couple of possible watchdog timers that may be triggering. The BIOS has a watchdog timer that heartbeats with a driver in the OS. The iDRAC has a watchdog timer that heartbeats with OpenManage Server Administrator. It may heartbeat with other OpenManage products, like the iDRAC Service Module, but I am not sure about that.

If you enable a watchdog then you need to make sure the software/driver that it heartbeats with is running in the OS. You can find system documentation on the system support page.

2018-09-29 20:11:32 The watchdog timer expired.
2018-09-29 19:33:06 The watchdog timer expired.
2018-09-26 04:00:25 OEM software event.
2018-09-26 04:00:24 C: boot completed.

Do these errors apply to the BIOS or OMSA?

I dont use OpenManage.

It doesn't look like it is specified in the error. Maybe you should check to see which ones are enabled. If it is in the LCC log then I would suspect the BMC/iDRAC watchdog. Also, if the watchdog timeouts are not happening very often then it is not likely an issue with missing the OS heartbeat driver/software.
