Flash is not correct on this, this memory is DDR3 and will not work on DELL 10G Servers as they take DDR2 memory. Flash meant to say 11/12G should take this memory, assuming you have a processor that supports RDIMMS.
Indeed, I would have meant 11G or later ... 10G servers were a pretty insignificant step for Dell ... in my mind I went from the 2950 (did not support DDR3) to its direct replacement, the R710 (which did support DDR3), although the 2950 did not have a 10G replacement or equivalent.

Most 10G/11G servers (R610, R710, etc.) will take it ... just have to check the specs for the server in question.
