USC Freezes

I have a r710, I want to update the system, but the USC Freezes. The following picture was taken after the system stayed like this for and hour.

If I reboot the server, the system tries to enter Systems Services again and the only way to get out of this loop is to reset the NVRAM switch. I have done the operation twice now. I there a way to reset the system to it's factory settings? or a way to reinstall the USC? or should I just ask for a change of Motherboard?
