Unable to see raid controller and hard disk.
Hi Dell Team,
Good day to you,
bios updated to the latest version 2.17.1
fail to install latest version for idrac "RED096
Rebooted idrac
Reseated physical hard disk
Gracefully power down/ unplug power/ restart the machine
Below is the screenshot and not able to detect any raid controller or physical hard disk.

Hello leejunloong,
To reseat the controller:
Power off, remove power cables
Hold in power button for 15 seconds to drain flea power
Remove card from slot then reinstall card in the slot. This is a reseat.
Reconnect Power, turn on and check results.
You may try slot 6, 5, 4 or 3

Hello, sorry I am not understanding your question. Could you clarify that one more time? Are you asking which slot is 3 and which is 4, etc?
