Unable to turn on UID on C6220
Hi!
I'm trying to turn on the UID Chassis led light ON through IPMI.
I'm trying to use "chassis identify force" but the outcome is Chassis identify interval: off
Would anyone be able to throw some light into this matter? There's no way to do it through the web interface of the BMC.

Is there an easy way to check which hard drive on the front belongs to which service tag on the back?

Hello
The command will be different based on the IPMI utility you are using, but it should be an alarm. This is the IPMIUTIL user guide. If you look under the alarm section it lists the identify features:
