Upgrade IDRAC6 Firmware fail with DTK-linux system.

I was trying to upgrade the IDRAC firmware on my R610 from 1.54.15 to 1.70.21.  By follow the steps listed in http://yo61.com/updating-dell-idrac6-firmware-linux.html, I could upgrade IDRAC firmware successfully by using a CentOS5 system, but would finally fail when using DELL DTK3.2.1_22_Linux.ISO system, please see a screenshot below:

Per our investigation, the upgrade process will use sdX as virtual USB device and mount it to /media/scrtch, but when try to upload idrac_fw.bin to this folder, it will fail, I could not get the root cause or find a workaround to resolve this issue, would you please give a hand on this issue? So some questions for you, thanks in advance:
1, Do I need apply any patches or modules on DTK 3.2.1 system to support a IDRAC firmware 1.7 upgrade by using DELL Update Packages - LINUX?
2, Can I get an easier way to upgrade IDRAC firmware with DELL DTK tool, Something like BIOS updater BIOSFLASH.exe?
3, If use a newer version DTK ISO, can I upgrade firmware 1.7 successfully?
4, Could you offer more details of Dell virtual USB Device, with what we can understand it better?
