Not sure how to private message you so let me know how and I'll send you the service tag. The bottom line is VPN seems to work for a little while, then quits. If I reboot the server it seems to work again. My limited troubleshooting skills show the rasman service not starting. As far as I know it is up to date with the latest settings. It is only a few months old. I've unconfigured and reconfigured VPN and remotewebaccess a couple of times. I'm using only the features built into Windows Server 2016 essentials for this. If you give me steps to follow I can get you all the detail you want or perhaps we can schedule a phone call/web meeting?
