VRTX - Chassis management controller (CMC) redundancy is lost
Hi,
VRTX CMC is switching between redundant and lost state:

| Fri Nov 15 2019 16:28:03 | The chassis management controller (CMC) is redundant. |
Firmware 3.20
Network connections are fine.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello
You can fail over the CMC to see if the standby is functioning correctly.

Hi Daniel,
The alarm log above is after fail over function.
As you can see, for some reason redundancy is switching between two states during fail over process but at the end is lost anyway.
Do you think it's a software issue or CMC card should be replaced?
Firmware has been updated to the latest version.
