VTRX SAS drive Blocked
VTRX is showing a Seagate SAS drive as blocked.
Installed PERC8 firmware 23.14.06.0013
Seagate drive

Tried loading "SAS-Drive_Firmware_8HF77_WN32_AS0C_A00.EXE
Not able to install, not sure why.
No Events found!

Hello
If the controller can't properly communicate with a drive it will put it into a blocked state. If you can't update firmware and the controller cannot properly communicate with the drive then it is either faulty or incompatible. The PERC is validated for use with Dell certified drives. Our firmware will not install onto the Seagate version of the drive.
