What is a Dell model # SMU or IMU server?

I'm looking to buy a used 1U server to put in my rack at home, and see a couple of reasonably-priced Dell 1U servers on eBay.

Several of them are called "SMU" or "IMU" models. What are these?

Will I have any problem installing Windows Server 2003 on either of them?
