Where can I get firmware/bios for LSILOGIC 22320-R?

Hello,

I was using lsilogic u320 dual channel controller, 22320-r with mp bios.

I updated this card into MPT bios which I got from LSILOGIC website.

After I updated my card, it takes so much time to initialize, and it says that I will have a problem with my disk in the future.

I'd like to go back to the former bios. Where can I get it?

Any help would be really appreciated.
