Windows XP Drivers for R410
We need to run Windows XP 32-bit on our R410. We have installed XP and it boots fine off of the SATA controller. We're just missing some drivers and are having a terrible time finding the right ones.
We need the Broadcom driver, sas 6ri driver, and an unknown driver for 3 system timers that are showing a yellow mark. If anyone can point us in the right direction we would be very grateful.

No one has any idea on these? I'm sure it's been done before from the threads I've read on here about putting xp on a server.

So to help anyone else who is attempting this.
Broadcom 5716c driver: IBM file brcm_dd_nic_5.2.17.0c_windows_32-64.exe -- use the windows 2000 (w2k) driver setup
Video card: Dell file R214832 (can select driver from device manager)
SAS 6ir: still working on it (suspect I didn't run the full install)
Chipset: still working on it

I found the chipset driver needed, but not a good file yet--it's the Intel 7500/5520/5500/X58 that's missing.

The only driver now that's missing is the SAS 6ir.
Any ideas or suggestions welcome. I've been combing all over for this one.

Chipset driver was found on Intel's website: intel_chipset_v9.2.0.1021_whql.zip

After trying numerous drivers for the SAS 6ir, I believe the driver I have is correct, but it simply does not work. This is unfortunate as we will not be able to use the SAS subsystem at all.
Anyone have any ideas? This card has native XP support according to the article on Dell Power Solutions at dell.com/sas.

As a last resort, I took a 146gb drive from our 2950 and installed it in the r410. I then imaged the drive with the booting xp image on the sata drive we've been using. The controller recognized the 146gb and started to boot just like the sata, and just like the sata, it blue screened and crashed at the same place. That's the last idea I had...

Since there was no optical drive installed, we used a vantec hd kit to install a 500gb drive in place of where the optical drive would be. Unfortunately, we are not able to use the SAS drives or controller due to the driver simply not working the way it should.
