boot from dvd
how do I set the set the server to read the dvd before booting to hard drive. I inserted Dvd with Openmanage exe file but server always boots to hard drive

You can't boot to an EXE file.
The only bootable OMSA utility is SMTD/SBUU. It is in ISO format, and to make a disc bootable with it, you would need to "burn" the disc "image" to DVD.
You change the boot order in the BIOS.
