cpu 0000 cpu 1 internal error (IERR). Contact support Dell PowerEdge R230
My server got this alert on LCD screen, but the server seen running well, but got this alert on server log also.
any solution for this issue?

A CPU Ierr is an error that can be tripped by nearly anything. As far as hardware causes, memory and something on the PCI bus are most common. To troubleshoot the error, I would make sure that the firmware is all up to date and check the iDRAC's log to see what messages are logged.
